GUARANTEED

When you see the word GUARANTEED behind a departure date, you can be sure that the adventure will take place. This means you can start making your travel arrangements to the destination. An adventure is guaranteed when the minimum of participants is reached. This number is different for each adventure and can be found in the description of the trip.

INCLUSIONS

All in-destination services mentioned in the descriptions of the adventures are included. Not included are all services not mentioned, such as transportation to the destination(e.g. flights, train tickets) and travel & cancellation insurance.

SCHEDULED

When you see the word SCHEDULED behind a departure date, we have not yet reached our minimum number of participants to be able to organize the trip. It is important that you do book the adventure so we can count with you to reach the minimum, but we advise to wait with making your travel arrangements to the destination until we confirm to you the guaranteed departure.

CANCELLATIONS

Free cancellation till 4 months before the departure date. We strive to not cancel any adventure. If the minimum is not reached we might propose an adapted version which you can accept, or decline with full refund. Full cancellation policy here.
